We accept refunds and exchanges. Please, read the following conditions and learn about the process.
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, in the original packaging.

Returns Method – New Zealand
With our free shipping label
If we confirm your eligibility, we’ll send you a shipping label for your return, to allow you to easily send back your item, for free.
This shipping label is tracked, and the parcel can be picked-up by Courier Post at your home. Simply use this page to do so.
By your own method
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and will not be responsible if it is lost.
Even if it is tracked, it may happen that the tracking indicates “delivered”, although we have not received the returned parcel (error in address or other problem). Remember to take a picture of your package before sending it or we will not be able to provide a refund.

Returning the parcel will be at your own cost and responsibility.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
We only replace items if they are defective or have been damaged during the transport. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us.
The process is the same as for a return.
