Shipment processing time

All orders are processed in New-Zealand, Wellington, within 1-3 business days + 1-2 days transit. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.


Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.


Shipment to NZ rural addresses and NZ invalid addresses

Some NZ addresses are not available for delivery, if you have any doubt, please check.

Shipment to invalid addresses

The Potion Tree does its best to help you enter a clear and detailed address. However, we cannot be held responsible if your package is lost due to an invalid address, or a mistake in your address.


Customs, Duties and Taxes

The Potion Tree is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

It is your responsibility to check your country’s customs website.


FAULTY product

If you received a broken or leaking product, please report it to us within the 7 days following the delivery, with a photo. 

All reports received after the 7 days will be ignored.


Damages during transport

The Potion Tree is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.

If you received your parcel damaged, please report it to us within 7 days to be eligible to a replacement.  contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim, and make some photos at the moment you discover the damage.



For each order, you will receive a tracking number. For each order delivered, Courier Post provides us with a proof of delivery. 

If your order appears as “delivered” but you haven’t received it, please notify us within 14 days. After this period, we will estimate the parcel well arrived, and we will no longer be able to help you.
