It is also eaten raw grated (attention: some cases of intoxication with raw beet have been revealed), and cooked (in this case, prefer avoiding refrigerator storage for more than 3 days).

Carrot

Celery

      Hello there 🙂 The minimum quantity for a Detox Bath would be 100g. Some people like to add more. You can try with the Detox Bath 100g tube, and see if it is pleasant for you 🙂
