Has curbed my sugar cravings after 1 week. Took a bit of getting used to tea without milk but now love the taste. One thing I would like is a choice of larger packets of night tea as I use a lot more .Make a bottle to drink during the day 😊

It has a light, fresh taste, leaves no after taste and starts my day off really well. I'm sure it's helped my digestion.
