It has a light, fresh taste, leaves no after taste and starts my day off really well. I'm sure it's helped my digestion. Both the morning and evening teas are awesome!! The morning tea just wakes me right up and is sooo tasty and refreshing! and the evening tea is that nice calm down at the end of the day. The only thing I would ask is that you included a spoon with the packs so that we are using the correct amount. There are so many different sized teaspoons out there now 🙂 Totally recommend this tea to try. I am already on my second purchase 🙂 And if you haven't tried the vanilla scrub I so recommend it, such a refreshing and lovely scent on the skin. I have now just purchased the bath salts to try 🙂
