I use both the detox and sleep tea and find them refreshing and do exactly what they are designed to do. I also have my teenage son using the sleep tea as he tends to have trouble getting to sleep.   I don't drink tea. Ever. But recently ive been diagnosed as diabetic so I bought the morning detox tea. it's lovely. It has a light, fresh taste, leaves no after taste and starts my day off really well. I'm sure it's helped my digestion.
